Meet & Greet!
Before booking your first service with Waggin’ Tails Pet Care I will
set up an appointment with you in your home. This is a great way for
you and your pet to become acquainted with me and to observe our
interaction first-hand! I will fill out a profile page and we will
discuss a schedule of visits and services.
At
this visit, I will collect important information about you and your
pet including names, addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contact
information. I will also ask for your pet’s age, veterinarian
contact info, and medications if needed with directions for their
use. You will show me where you keep their leash and food, favorite
toys and treats, and their special sleeping place, the location of
their litter box and any necessary items.
Next, we will discuss your pet’s daily routine and determine what
your need’s are for your furry family member. Then we’ll book your
choice of services!
Please note, a
signed
waiver is required prior to all services. I will pick-up a key
to your home at this time so you do not have to worry about getting
it to me another time.
Scheduled Visits
After each scheduled visit, I will complete a Waggin’ Tail Pet Care
Report for you. It will include the times that I came in and left
and along with a summary about my visit with your pet.
